LEC cancels the electrical echo produced by 2/4 wire hybrid interface impedance mismatches in telephony circuits. Encore’s LEC is G.168 compatible and supports tail lengths upto 128ms.

Currently Encore’s LEC is available on TI’s TMS320C64x, TMS320C62x, TMS320C54x, Coldfire (MCF52xx, MCF53xx, MCF522xx), PowerPC, ARM platforms.
